How to Change Your Profile Picture or Image in TypePad

A Blogwild reader writes:

Maybe this is in the book, but I can’t find it. I’ve also searched typepad. How do you change the author picture?

I’m guessing the confusion might be from the way the profile pic is for your entire TypePad account, not just one blog. You might be looking in the wrong place.

1. Login to TypePad.
2. Go to Control Panel > Profile. You’ll see your current photo along with an upload form.
3. Click on Browse, locate the new picture on your computer and click OK (or Open).
4. Scroll to the bottom and click on Save Changes.

If you want to add or remove your profile pic from one of your blogs, go to Designs > Select Content.
