Bob Bly’s Dirty Little Secret: Ditch the Business Plan

Bob Bly confesses:

My dirty little secret — at least as far as business is concerned — is that I’ve never had a business plan. I think the whole idea of “write a business planâ€? is, frankly, overrated. Your time and money would be better spent actually selling … rather than blathering in a plan document on ways you THINK you should sell.
