Chevrolet’s Viral Marketing Nightmare

As part of a promotional tie-in with another flaccid season of The Apprentice, Chevy launched a ‘make an ad for the Tahoe’ contest. Evidently they aren’t in touch with their own backlash: dozens of entries deride the automaker for contributing to the destruction of the environment.
I was even able to make a Blogwild! commercial. Here it is…
What should they do? (if anything)
Unless this makes the mainstream press then it isn’t a big deal – but it might bubble over…
